Caroline Morrow is a Senior Researcher and Program Manager at GRID Impact. Her experience lies at the intersections of research, program management, and strategy with a focus on financial and digital inclusion and women’s empowerment.

Prior to joining GRID, Caroline worked with the UN Capital Development Fund and Innovations for Poverty Action, based in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania. She is passionate about working with diverse teams to identify impactful solutions to complex problems and promote evidence-based decision-making.

She holds an MPA from Columbia University’s School of International and Public Affairs and a BA in Economics and History from Colgate University.
